In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with ice.
Shake well and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
For Chamomile Tea Simple Syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 chamomile tea bags
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Stir in sugar until it dissolves, then lower heat and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, and add the tea bags. Allow to steep for 10 minutes.
Remove tea bags.
Once cooled, the syrup can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
