Ingredients
- 6kg sugar
- 200 grm tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp citric acid
- Pinch Epsom salts
- 80 g bakers yeast – 6 Tablespoons
- Add water at 30°C to make to 25 litres

FG .970
Cleared with 2 tsp of gelatin in 200 ml of water. I don't bother to clear with gelatin but if you choose to you can.
Yield 200 ml for shots and 2.1 litres at 94%
